We concentrate on three main themes when implementing projects within South African communities.
We aim to offer a diverse range of programmes in order to accommodate as many young people as we can.
Our Projects
We have chosen these few indoor sports that we can facilitate the training, the development and the sporting elements of competition.
Many of the areas we pick for the programs will be lacking adequate coaching and facilities that would be needed to enhance a sporting culture, talent management and fundamentals in skills to succeed.
We believe bringing the sporting element will aid in the entertainment of these growing youths. There is not much to do for them so they end up participating in activities they shouldn’t be considering such as crime, substance abuse and sexual activities.
The longer we can keep them engaged in sports the more likely that they will be making better decisions, before engaging in erroneous pass times before they actually come of age.

Playing cricket involves a challenge on a personal and team level promoting self-confidence in a fun atmosphere. It also assists with hand-eye coordination and teaches players to contribute and be part of a team environment.

Our target is to find the diamonds in the roughs and support them to stardom, with the hope they then become the light in their communities.
We offer an assortment of sporting programmes, for both males and females. These programmes are designed to reach the individual’s full sporting potential, as well as provide them with tools to utilise in their future endeavours.
We go into less privileged communities and set up social centres that focus on sporting development, commerce, and social support.
Business Development
We ignite business ideas and other commercial activities when it comes to the youth and choosing a profession. Most remote areas are limited to information that would feed the ambition of the youth.
If the information is there, usually it’s lacking direction! It’s our plight to at least bring this to them. Our efforts are to get them excited about becoming more, ensuring they adequately dream big and supported to reach those desired levels!. The business development is centred around a model that assists and promotes more entrepreneurs on a path to success.
Usually many find getting into the desired sectors is hindered by the entire process! So a gap needs to be filled by facilitating that supporting role through such processes. Many don’t have access to Information technology, that is very much needed in most cases. Again, we aid direction to the various affiliations required by commerce, we also part with the know-how on how to achieve these needed certificates or just to start the initial phase.

A career plan includes short-term or long-term goals leading to an ideal career, while a career path specifically includes the jobs that step an individual towards his or her goals and objectives.
We offer a variety of programmes which assist individuals in planning their short-term and long-term goals in order to lead them to their ideal careers.
Business Development
